staff was accommodating, overall experience was really comfortable. this hotel was located in a central area short walk to bus stop as well as airport. it became my favourite place to stay in richmond.

Every detail was EXCELLENT, regarding staff and rooms. Close to a bus station, within walking distance of shops and a supermarket. Plus it was in a secure area. Beautiful view, a lovely balcony, comfy bed, too. I used free bus provided by the hotel too.
